And So It Begins . . .

Just got off the phone with Erica.  Tyler had called her when I was at church this morning and I didn't see the message light till this evening when I was feeding the kids.  So I called her (she's in Hong Kong) and she called him.

It's started already, the thing we were so worried about.  Bonnie has started her act with Tyler and Ellen, the same way she did with us.  Tyler said that Bonnie told him that she is starting work next week at J Jill as a manager, or assistant manager, or something - he wasn't sure. 

He also said that she’s SO INTERESTED family stuff that she’s coming over next week and Ellen is going to give her a bunch of family stuff.  I have the chills.  It’s exactly how it started here, except that she disregarded all the stuff we’d set aside for her and got all new things.  Oh, and Tyler said that she’s going back to school in six months.  I wonder if she has a clue about the residency requirements?  And I really hope she doesn’t expect us to pay for any of it.  I have a sneaking suspicion that she’s going to hit us for tuition $ because we’d committed to it.

Also, E says it might not be worth it to tell Tyler what’s going on and upon further thought I think so too. And I don’t know how much Bonnie has told Tyler about us, and I am thinking that it might be what she told Seal.  And if so, we would come off as defensive if we tried to refute all that she’s said. 

I think it would be worth it to see him for dinner, though, just to catch up.  I want to hear how far she’s gone to get their trust; and boy will they come crashing down when she kicks them to the curb. 

I am sick.  Just sick.
