I got the most convoluted call from her office, saying that they couldn't give me an itemized statement because of the payment being made in a lump sum. Apparently they just treated the child when she came in and never notated any charges.
Whatever.
I thanked the gal and hung up. At least I had my money, and that was pretty-much all that mattered.
