Regarding that last blog of the exchange between Bonnie and me. She hasn't "reached out" like she said she was, and I know that Dr. Chui's office has contacted her with an appointment time. She has absolutely no intention of keeping any lines of communication open. I think the only reason she reached out to me was that it was Dr. Chui who'd called and told her that I was requesting my money back, and was she or was she not going to come out?
Dr. Chui is a whole different story. I really believe that they are going to keep the money until Bonnie comes out for her appointment. Well, I hope they won't mind me calling once a week to follow up, because that is exactly what I am going to do until I find the check and the itemized statement in my mailbox.
